Booking options

  • By phone: Reservations can also be made by phone at 43 664 9123400.
  • By email: Bookings can also be made by email to villabuljubasic@gmail.com.


Required booking information


After completing the booking, all guests will receive a link to check in online. The following information is required for each person:


  • Name
  • Place of residence
  • birth date
  • ID number (passport/identity card)


Payment methods


We accept payments via the following methods:


  • Stripe Connect: Secure and easy online payment via Stripe Connect.
  • PayPal: PayPal payments are also possible.


We recommend our guests select their preferred payment method accordingly. Please note that bookings and rates may vary depending on availability and season. The exact terms and rates will be displayed during the booking process.



Cancellation policy


Cancellation options


  • Up to 7 days before arrival: If you cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in, a processing fee of 15% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Within 6 days of arrival: If you cancel within 6 days of check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be retained.


Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

Please note that written confirmation of the cancellation is required to ensure processing. We ask our guests to contact us if they wish to cancel – we will be happy to take care of it.



Check-in and check-out times


  • Check-in: possible from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: please by 11:00 am


Guests can check in and out independently using our electronic lock – with no additional fees for late check-in or early check-out.

However, late departures that delay cleaning and preparation for subsequent guests will incur a fee of €79. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.



Pet policy


Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement. Dogs are generally welcome. However, we ask that pets not be left alone in the garage. Please note: Renters are responsible for their pets. Any damage in or around the house caused by pets is the responsibility of the owner. To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we ask that dogs not sleep on the bed. Thank you for your understanding.



Non-smoking regulations


Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and in the garage! Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, balcony, or in front of the house. We thank you for adhering to this rule for the protection and well-being of all guests.



Disclaimer


We assume no liability for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. The responsibility for the security of personal valuables lies with the guest. We recommend keeping valuables safe and properly locking doors and windows.

We assume no liability for injuries, accidents or damage during your stay unless they were caused by gross negligence on our part.

Please follow our safety instructions and rules to make your stay pleasant and safe.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect new circumstances or legal requirements. All changes will be posted on our website and will take effect from the date of publication. We will endeavor to notify all guests of any material changes. Guests are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.
